Drover connects people in Atlanta and across the South with small farms. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery details: your address and any delivery notes you give us.
- Orders: what you buy, from which farms, your subscriptions and your order history.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us, such as support requests or waitlist sign-ups.
- Basic app and site data: device type, app version and crash reports, so we can fix problems.
How we use it
- To take your orders, deliver them, and let you know when they're on the way.
- To share what a farm needs to fill your order, like the items and your first name for the bag label.
- To give our drivers your delivery address and notes on delivery day.
- To answer your questions and improve Drover.
- To send updates you've asked for. You can turn off marketing emails anytime.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the farms filling your order, the drivers delivering it, and the companies that help us run Drover, such as our payment processor and hosting providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our customers, farms or drivers.
How we protect it
We use encryption, secure logins and limited access so that only the people who need your information can see it. No system is perfect, and if we ever learn of a problem that affects your information, we'll tell you.
Your choices
- You can see and update your account details in the app.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your account and information, by emailing us.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
Children
Drover is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app or by email for any important changes.
