When do you deliver?
In Atlanta we deliver every Tuesday and Friday afternoon, between 2 and 7pm. Orders close at 8pm two days before, so the farms have time to pick and pack.
Where do you deliver?
Local delivery starts in Decatur, Kirkwood, Grant Park and East Atlanta, with more neighborhoods soon. Anywhere in the South, farms can ship pantry goods and citrus to you in 3–5 days.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes, $35. Local delivery is $4.99, and free on orders over $75 or for founding members.
Something in my order isn't right.
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll refund or replace it.
How do I pause or cancel a subscription?
In the app, open My List, then Subscriptions. You can pause, skip the next delivery, or cancel anytime.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and information.
I'm a farmer. How do I join?
Email farms@drovermarketplace.com with your farm name, town and what you grow or make. We'll call you within a few days.
